Demand and Energy Technology Research Consortium
Created in 2005, the Demand and Energy Technology Research Consortium (DETech) is an independent utility research consortium, dedicated to the investigation of “win-win” policies and innovative solutions that promote energy efficiency, demand response, distributed generation, and revenue-producing premium products and services. The focus is solutions at the intersection of customer service, utility operations and regulation. DETech has eight utility members that serve millions of customers in 22 states. The consortium:
